John 1-1:5

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the word was with God, and the Word was God.

태초에 말이 있었다. 그리고 그말은 하나님과 있었고, 그말은 곧 하나님 이었다.

2 He was in the beginning with God.

그 말은 태초에 하느님과 같이 있었다.

3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.

만물은 말씀을 통하여 만들어 졌고, 그을 통하여 만들어지지 않은 것들은 없다.

4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.

말씀안에 생명이 있었고, 생명을 비추는 빛이었다.

5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.

빛이 어둠안에 비추니, 어둠은 그것을 이해하지 못하였다.
